I pre-order my food early in the day and set the time for 6pm to be delivered. It arrived 18 mins late, cold and over cooked.... Order a pizza. They quoted a price and said 15minutes. I arrive in 20mims. They had no information that I had placed an... order. They were completely clueless and lost. I always have loved pizza hut pizza and now breadsticks and Cinnabon and to know soda can be included. Only one time our pizza... was late and the mgr made is a free large pizza. I thought that was great customer service. Read more

This place is insanely terrible. Employees are completely clueless. They literally couldn?t figure out that I had placed an... order in the system after I gave them my name and phone number which they tried to repeat back to me and it was like theyweren?t even listening. The staff also barely wears masks. I genuinely don?t know how they?re in business. I really wanted tolike this place because it?s convenient for emergency dinners for the family but they cannot get anything right, are rude,unclean and don?t deserve your business. Read more
I live 5 minutes away from this pizza hot located in Little River Turnpike Alexandria VA 22312. My order was a barbecue chicken... pizza and I had to wait for more than 2 hours to receive the order and when I receive my order as it shows on the pictures belowit was something I have never seen. Where do you get your employees from? Is one of your requirements being rude and not speaking English?! A bunch of illiterate... people who are rude and ill- mannered. Absolutely ridiculous! Refund my money- stop being a fraudulent company that you are!Stealing people?s money, front them with people who understands absolutely nothing in English + highly highly rude. Especiallythis location has a special requirement to their employees that is being rude and illiterate! Give the rudest employee award tothe lady named, Marina. She deserves it. FYI- this woman sent the driver to a wrong address, I believe she did it intentionally! On the phone when I placed the order I was told it will take 25 minutes, food arrived after an hour and ahalf.
