This place has a very sharp manager, place was clean, would have given a better rating, we were visiting the area from MD wife... and son wanted popeyes and thought it was a good idea, wife wanted her own order, no problem, we were told everything was in thebag, drove all the way home to find out her order was not in the bag! Had to drive back 10 miles to get what should have been inthe bag. Was not happy with gas and time left me a little upset.! Read more

honestly this visit was one of the worst ones i?ve had . i always come to this popeyes . ima first start off with , the young... man that took my order in the drive through was very polite . he asked if i needed any condiments and everything . really good .after we left they basically said forget half of our order . we had ordered tenders and some fries and other things and wedidn?t get like half of our order . i?d most definitely would like a refund because i literally didn?t get my whole order . Thought I?d pick up dinner tonight & I was looking forward to it, but nothing ruins your appetite like seeing two rats & a mouse... playing around the ordering board!!!!!!!!!! Needless to say, I cancelled my order!!! Good to see the Hybla Valley area(Alexandria, VA) renovate the restaurant but words can?t express how disturbing & disgusting that experience was? especiallysince I?ve patronized that location for 5 plus years now. The best place to eat on the hwy. Try their popcorn shrimp, they are deadly. They go perfect with the sauce. I also love the... service, it's always fast and hot. They must have really good management. Read more

UPDATE: Gave it another try today. I was told the chicken sandwich would be about a 5-10 minute wait. I replied that that was no... problem. The response back was a disgruntled sigh. I didn't want to be a difficult customer so I drove away to make it easierfor them. Reducing my 2 star review to a 1 star review. The spicy chicken sandwich is good though. Food is great but this isthe WORST drive thru. The line only moves due to people leaving. I always think I have the patience to wait because I sure lovethat spicy chicken sandwich. Leaving once again right now. Make sure you have approximately 1 hr to dedicate to getting yourfood. Read more
