Get level 3 spice if you?re adventurous. Get a level 4 is you?re good at handling spicy food. Get a 5 if you love Thai... chili. The drunken noodle is good with enough flavor. Best Thai food in Virginia! Fascinating food and drinks. The service was very pleasant and friendly. Food service was... efficient and quick. I ordered a cold Thai Ice tea and I enjoyed the flavor and quality of the drink. The appetizers weremagnanimous as well, very delicious. Next time I'm planning to visit with my family and enjoy more Thai food. Recent update:food just as good as before, the Thai ice tea combo and drunken noodles can never go wrong. Such a caring, kind, and welcome host who?s willing to lend a helping hand. The food was excellent and authentic to Thai... culture. Very fresh, homemade, nutritious, healthy, and flavorful. They provide great value; they are NOT like other places thatovercharging or giving smaller portions because of inflation. I highly, highly recommend. Read more
Good meal, nice and clean (but small) dining room! Came to eat on a Thursday night around 7pm. No problem getting a seat, and... the waitress was quick to my table with a menu. I ordered the spring rolls, pad Thai with tofu, and a Thai iced tea. The teawas ????, the spring rolls were very tasty and fresh, and the pad Thai was OK. There wasn't anything wrong with it....just not aton of flavor in my opinion. To be fair, I ordered it at only level 2 spice, so that might have been a factor. All told,pleased with my dinner. Great restaurant design, especially the open front windows! Staff is knowledgeable and efficient (rare with a new restaurant)! ... Food is authentic and delicious. My wife and niece are Thai and believe the food in Thai restaurants do not taste the same asin Thailand. They are ready to go back! Cocktails are also good. A lot of thought and consideration went into the openingof this restaurant. You'll notice it in the execution of the small details. Read more
Rice & Noodles is by far the best Thai restaurant I've ever tried. All the ingredients are fresh, the meat is juicy, and the... flavors are beyond expectations. While I will still try other Thai/Asian/fusion restaurants to explore the area, I have notfound any that can compete. They even have Laotian food, which is amazing as well. I highly recommend. However, beware thattheir dishes are particularly spicy to an American palette. I put hot sauce on many meals and still can only comfortably handlea 1 out of 5 on their scale. 3 is totally overwhelming, but still delicious. Read more
