Had a reservation, but there was a lot of confusion around if a table was actually reserved. The manager was helpful. Server... was made aware of an incorrect order and we were met with silence and then the server just walked away. When the bill came, webrought this up again and the server didn’t know what to do. We also got charged an additional $6 for chicken on the chickensalad… and we didn’t order extra chicken. Everything was fixed on the bill, but fairly poor experience from start tofinish. Also, just be aware that they charge for refills of soda, tea, etc. Summary: The food was average. Service waslacking. Nice music selection. Prices are quite expensive for service and food quality. Food was amazing. Korean BBQ wings, spaghetti and meatballs, custom pizza, all of it tasted amazing. Service took longer than... expected. And the dirty martini was made with vermouth rather than olive juice which was disappointingand the olive garnishseemed expired and that was also sad. I’ve been coming here for years and I felt like lately it’s been going downhill. But I went in last week, sat at the bar and... a new bartender Leah literally made my night. Her energy and service are top notch. I hope she stays because this is the kind ofemployee they need. I’ll definitely be back!! This spot was great I love the area service was reasonable . I tried the Brisket sandwich that was okay I’ve had better I was... going to get the fried chicken sandwich I wish I got that but I will be giving that a try the next time I go . Beautiful spacious and inviting ambience in the heart of Alexandria. Look no further for a delicious experience at Rustico! The... appetizers are incredible I highly recommend the bacon wrapped dates, truffle fries and fries cauliflower. For entrees we hadthe stuffed French toast and the white pizza with caramelized onions w/ sausage. Very nice attentive and knowledgeable staff.Come visit Rustico for your next dining experience! I visited Rustico in Alexandria today after a friend recommended it for me. I must say I was so delighted and will go back soon!... The Risotto tots are a delicacy and I couldn’t stop eating their amazing pizza! Our server Erick was amazing, very attentive,and provided great service! He really knew his menu, was very descriptive, and even told us about the culinary process andconversed with us. It was very pleasant experience, clean, and overall a delicious meal!
