HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Wow. Where is Sumo. What a mistake it was to go there last night. First the... service took forever. My son was brought chicken instead of shrimp and then my husband who explained he had an allergy to shrimpwas brought shrimp tempura. When I spoke ti the manager she was extremely rude and didn’t rush out the mistaken orders. My sonand husband waited 20 minutes for their meals that we had already waited a long time for. The tempura finally came and myhusband ate it because he was starving. He found raw flour on the inside of his broccoli. I expected to be comped for thetempura as our bill was over $130. When I expressed that doe to the major health risk and how long it took, I didn’t think weshould pay for the tempura, the manager said she had to call the owner. She came back and said she could take off 10% of thetempura a whopping $1.60. We will never go back to be treated with such inconsideration and lack of management making thingsright. I don’t know how they will survive with such poor customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE! Trustme. Ate there about a month ago, and absolutely loved it. I want to get the exact same waitress again. She made sure my son was... entertained and got our food to us fresh and warm. My son even ate everything! He normally refuses to eat his veggies.Definitely going back! Read more

Had a fantastic dinner at the Samurai Hibachi Sushi & Bar. The entire staff was very friendly, fun, attentive and welcoming. ... The menu is extensive and the cocktails looked yummy! We had the hibachi and were not disappointed. Highly recommend. Read more

Great bento box lunches under $13. Also sushi for a little more. Lunch until 3:00 pm or 3:30pm Monday - Friday.

The staff here are amazing with children! Kid friendly doesn’t really describe how kind they are every time we come with... toddlers. Balloons, extra attention, even the chef gets into treating kids special and giving their parents a moment of grace.There’s enough natural noice in the restaurant to cover any squeals of excitement! This place is alright, for a chill lunch. I had never been here before, and the inside was so much cooler than I was... anticipating! It was nice weather, and covid, though so I sat outside. Which was fine. I like the 3 roll lunch deal pricing;but there was far too little eel, and far too thick of sweet potato. The "spicy" salmon, wasn't spicy at all. Classic cheaperingredient overload. Also, the sweet potato seemed fried. If you are gluten sensitive, you may want to ask aboutthat. Overall, it's an ok neighborhood place. I'd come back and try the hibachi and cocktails maybe.
