I order a drink I like from a different location and it's perfect. Ordering it from here, it never taste like it should. Oh, and... they're also allergic to cold foam here. Every time I order any type of cold foam, it's non existent on my drink. This locationis the closest to my job, unfortunately, but they are the reason I quit drinking Starbucks for months. Whoever is the baristaduring the work week mornings, needs some extra training or something. Going back to making my own coffee at home. Read more

I ordered a hot sandwich, a cold snack pack, and a frappachino. All were put in the same bag with the hot sandwich leaned up... against the drink. The paper the sandwich was in was soaked and the sandwich was cold. I called the store and spoke to Mason whowas very nice and apologetic. He explained the store does not take care of the billing so I?d have to call Uber which would giveme a refund. Mason gave me the number. I believe the person I spoke to at Uber was very inexperienced because he refused torefund my money. He just gave me the standard spiel about talking to the store. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but he couldnot put me in touch with one immediately. I called Mason back to tell him what happened. Mason offered to redo my order; but, ofcourse, I would have to come pick it up. While impressed with his offer, I declined since that defeated the purpose of having anorder delivered. He understood and was quite gracious when I told him I had no choice but to give the order a one star review. Mason said he would talk to his folks about putting cold and hot items in separate bags for deliveries. My suggestion is toremind the store to do that in the comments section to avoid the problem I had. Read more

Wont give you your coffee from mobile order until the rest of your items are ready. They will straight up refuse to let me sip... on my coffee while I wait for the food. Why? I paid for it already.... Really strange and annoying and glad I decided to cutback on outside coffee altogether. Read more

Personable manager on the weeknight I was there; pleasure to chat with. Starbucks imo has faultered for years since Schultz... left; however, you do run into a gem like this every so often. That's drink quality and employees. Read more

They really denied my partner numbers because I didn?t have my ID? which isn?t even company policy by the way. Then once I told... her that?s not even a company policy she lied & said well my partner number didn?t even work. I just left because at that pointI realized she was clearly just trying to dismiss me to see if I was lying. I know my numbers work I?m just Glad I don?t work atthis location I?ve been working at Starbucks for 5 years & never had any store deny me my partner discount or even ask for myID. Read more
