I had an unpleasant experience at this Starbucks. Several reasons: attendant got impatient and started raising her voice at the... gentleman ahead of me, whose card didn't go through, as it later came to light due to the store's system being down; second - Iasked for an extra shot of espresso, got charged $1, didn't get what I ordered because the attendant was distracted and didn'tplace my order with the baristas. What a messy place. I understand tourists can be too much, but that's what retail is -customer service! Meaning, getting the order right, and being extra patient with patrons. What a mess. I hope this goes throughto the owner of the franchise and they take measures/spend time coaching the staff. Read more
