Terrible service. For years i have brought my 6 kids to this establishment after softball practice but they always take too... long. Today i had a simple order of 32 footlongs and it took them 20 MINUTES???????????? . After contacting management 13 timesthey finally offered a gift card to silence me of the truth???? BRIBERY I SAY!!! this establishment should be shut downimmediately. It?s a sad attempt- service was below par. After the lunch rush- picking up for a neighbor and the subs were wrong. Always check... your meals. Especially if you?ve allergies. I won?t be returning to Subway for food for awhile! Read more

I order through the app for pickup 2-3 times per week at this location and it is consistently great. I travel locally for work... and eat at subways all over Nova and down to Charlottesville. This one has consistency and quality compared to others. The staffthat works weekday midday shift is great. Had an issue with an app order glitch and the employee noticed and proactivelycanceled an accidental double order- above and beyond! Read more

Order $30 worth of sandwiches and this is the level of service.... this is subpar to even McDonalds or Burger King.... of course... it was pickup so unless you open everyone's order before you leave this is what you get. I'm so disappointed Subway.... Read more

I used the subway app to order my food and when I arrived home, 1 out of 4 sandwiches was correctly made. Thus is the second... time that this has happened at this location and after I submitted a survey I receive a pre-written email at 12:47am statingthat the Owner is sorry and he has spoken to the team. Placed an online order at 7:55. Supposed to be ready by 8:15. When I walked in at 8:15, order was not even started yet, place... was empty. Woman came out a few minutes later and said oh I'll do it right now. At 8:15 soda machine was not put together andteas were all empty. Went back over to where she was making the sandwich, noticed she had made it with the wrong protein as abase. Asked her to just cancel the order as it was now 8:20 and she'd have to start over re-making the sandwich. She told me shedidnt know how to cancel the order so I told her I'd figure out her job for her and call corporate, maybe someone there wants tohave customers. Read more

Overall: Pathetic Went for a quite Sunday dinner with family and turned out to be a disaster. Person (Mexican lady) serving me... was very very rude. Had a very nasty attitude. Before starting my order she was serving another customer and my family doesn'teat meat, so I politely asked her to change gloves, on which she gave a nasty attitude and then changed it. Had to repeat almostall things twice. Asked her to toast the bread which was barely warm. Sandwich tasted awful and when asked for how much thesandwich cost she started randomly saying any prices, coz we had coupon. My suggestion to management, fire that stupid employee. Read more

By far the worst subway I have ever been to. Their food taste like blah. No flavor and no creamy sirracha offered here. The... drink machine only had coke. The workers were nice but seemed like they may not care for the location either. The tuna tastelike they just pulled it out of a can and added water. I love this shopping center and generally everything is nice in here, butthis must be the worst. Whoever does their shopping may need to check out a downtown DC location and try again. Read more
