Honestly just sad, not sure how this place is still open.
I got an attitude when I wanted more Parmigiano on my sandwich. But they were willing to throw a bunch of vegetables that I... didn't want on there instead. Very confusing and unprofessional. I've been to many locations where they give me toppings untilI say stop. To cut me off becausr of your personal belief that I've had too much of something that is supposed to be"unlimited" is ridiculous. And yes, I have done this at every subway for the past 15 years and never run into an issue. So youare the problem here. Read more
I am a regular customer. As of today, you lost a customer. I watched a young employee with gloves touching the lettuce, went to... the refrig to restock peppers and then take my sandwich out of the toaster. I asked him was he was going to change his gloves.Gloves changed. He started digging in the lettuce by assuming that is what I want. I stated spinach. Spinach dropped on thecounter and put it in my sandwich. When I said something about the sanitation. He said I was having a bad day. My husband went to get the buy 2 subs and get one free and the lady that work there didnt want to give him a free sub so he had... to buy a half sub and not a full free sub and she lied and said they dont do that anymore when I look online and see they stilldoing the deal when he told me about it i called this store and it was closed but first thing in the morning reporting her asapand making sure she ant doing that to nobody else again and he still got his receipt to prove it Read more
