Just moved to Alexandria from the Chantilly area?wheew let me just say I have never had to wait for food at the parking lot in... Chantilly EVER. Always received 100% service. I had visited yesterday to grab dinner before work. It wasn?t busy they made mewait at the parking lot for 2 items..mind you i placed a mobile order..you would think your food would be ready to go since youare taking time out to order ahead but NOPE..and this has happened over 3 times to me. So awful it?s called fast food for areason you know. I would understand if it was busy but there were only 4 cars in the drive through two in front of me and 2 inthe back. I highly suggest this Taco Bell gets a new manager. Read more
This place has gone down hill. Feel bad because it seems the employees aren?t getting the support they need from their... management or corporate. Their sensor for the cars is always broken and they seem have a lot of issues with the online ordering.This Taco Bell needs help from corporate. Read more
Had a wonderful experience using the drive thru on 10-3-22. The attitude and friendliness of the lady working drive through was... phenomenal and really brightened my whole morning. I think her name began with an ?A?, so ?Miss A? I?d driven through horridtraffic (1hr55min for 33 miles, Google maps said it was going to be 55min), arrived 20 minutes late for a doctor appointment andwas turned away ? after waiting 6 months for that appointment and being told the next available isn?t till January (thanks FtBelvoir & Tricare). I was on my way back the way I came to continue on to work and desperately needed something on my stomachand to calm the stress. Miss A?s cheerful attitude and friendliness at 9:30 in on a cold damp & disappointing morning wasimmensely cheering and reversed my down attitude. thank you!! The breakfast crunch wrap was pretty good as well - warm, fillingand comforting on the unseasonably cold morning. Read more
Wow... What an experience. I know this was just a trip to Taco Bell but man. The service. The food. Let me tell you I used to... work at Taco Bell. Over 20 years ago. Im keen on customer service and this was by far the best Taco Bell experience I have hadin my life. And man have I had a ton "literally" of Taco Bell. Anyways I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and before Istopped I was greeted. I was like wow. Took my order fast. Made sure that was all gave me the total and pulled around.Immediately they were ready for my card and swiped and returned the card. Before I put the card away the drink was out thewindow waiting on me. Man then the sauce I asked for was already in the bag and when I opened my food and took a bite man thefood was so delicious everythibg was fresh I can tell trust me. I eat Taco Bell about 3-4 times if not more / week. Anyways mytaco supreme was perfect. So delicious. And my burrito too. And the thing about the burrito that was so great is that whoeverwrapped it know what tf they are doing. Lol. Sorry. But its true. Man everything was great. I was going to call the store andlet the manager know but I think this will be much more well received. The staff both were courteous. They both and whoever wasworking all need to be recognized and rewarded. Because its not just me. Its all the hundreds and thousands of customers theyare providing this quality of service to. Nothing is wrong with the food. It's just more expensive than other locations, and whoever was at the window started shaking the... bag in my face because I was trying to put my card back into my wallet right after he handed it to me. Honestly tilted me tothe nth degree, and it will be a while before I go back, if ever. Read more
I don't think I can eat here again. We placed a mobile order today for pick up in the store and the guy that gave us our food... was emptying trash cans right before. Didn't wash his hands before grabbing the box our food was in. That is disgusting, andthis isn't the first time I've seen some questionable behavior by employees here, which means management isn't doing their jobof enforcing hygiene standards. I just try to order my dinner.The one who was taking the order she was not willing to tell her name and she has no name tag has... very bad attitude she don?t even listen to me when I order she said you say what ten times and I tried to talk to the managerand she has the same attitude instead of listening me she was told me to go back and order again.
