We came after 9pm and Dre was our server, he was great. The soup was cold and cheese was still cold and not melted at all. The... ribs were just okay and the Cajun chicken & shrimp was terrible. It looked liked 1 chicken strips was cooked and shredded inpieces and put it the pasta. Just very spicy with no taste. Only the spinach dip was really good. Read more
If I could give this particular FRIDAY?S on Richmond hwy 0 starts I would? My daughter and I were seated, ended up waiting 20... min for someone to come great us. As another family were sat they were treated right away? I work in the restaurant business.I?m patient & understanding to limitation of staff or etc. But it was well staffed and yet not I or the other table next to uswas getting any service.Do Better. I called ahead and made a reservation for a party of 25 they were very nice and confident on the phone! As soon as we get there... and seated the chaos began we sat the kids in the middle for a reason so that it would be easier to get orders with there partytrying to explain to the waiter to talk to adults first for there orders and children because children can order the world on amenu but he seemed offended we told him to let us order the young lady that helped with something of the party way on point the10 got there food on point no issues well Raymond who insisted to the young lady he take the larger portion of the party notonly got orders WRONG but some kids didn?t get there food another adult didn?t as well and us letting him know only made thingsworse Raymond our waiter argued with us instead of apologizing and rectifying the problem the manager the big guy came over andwasn?t helpful at all this is very upsetting because I use to go to this same establishment and NEVER had service this POOR!! There was nothing wrong with my dining experience but it was just disappointing compared to what Fridays used to be, back in the... day this place was completely different it was almost like A restaurant Disney and now it's turned into just another run of themill applebee's.... The new menu is only a fraction of what it used to be but the food was good and the service was good. Read more
Salmon was torch broccoli not so good rice need to be cooked longer, the egg rolls was good as a mug steak and cheese joints:... strawberry lemonade was not good but overall if you like your food a certain way go to another restaurant.
