Tried this place during Alexandria restaurant week... I had to take a bite! THE GUMBO THE GUMBO!!! After we were seated the... people next to us said get it first and we did. The Best.... The salmon and Brussel sprout want that tasty neither was thejambalaya sorry to say. Close enough to the action and far enough to not feel like your eating at a tourist spot. The food was spot on delicious! I had... the jambalaya and my husband had the Creol shrimp. Both had lots of flavor and the portion sizes are just right. I loved thevariety on the liquor menu. Service was above par and I really appreciated the attentiveness. We sat inside but you can sitoutside on the patio or upstairs outside too if you want that vibe. Pretty cool that they have live music at 9 on the weekendsand a full bar vibe downstairs if you want that after dinner. Check it out! Read more
If you're into cigars, this is a great place to have an amazing and fun experience while also being able to order within a great... selection of bourbon and whiskey menu. Their food is also good, although I haven't tried anything more than their gumbo dish,which is why I'm only giving them a four star review. I will come back again and try more often menu! Read more

Food was okay. I loved the atmosphere, room was beautiful. I wasn't pleased with the service, our waiter didn't give me the warm... and friendly vibe I was expecting; we asked to substitute items on the menu and his favorite answer was "no we can't do that",our party was very large so he was already guaranteed his tip. This place is not handicap friendly, the restrooms are locatedin the basement level of the restaurant, it's two flights of stairs with no elevator. Read more
