Dad and Mom came to this restaurant at about 3:00 pm on December 2, 2022. There was no wait for a table. None of the restaurant... employees were wearing masks. We had an Tuscany bread appetizer, chicken and shrimp pasta dish and a goat cheese salad. Weshared a raspberry crumble dessert . We had a minor glitch and had to remind our waiter to bring us a beer. Tasty food. Dad,Mom and son arrived at this restaurant without a reservation on Father's Day 2021 with our masks on. We arrived about 6:30 pm.We had about a 20 minute wait for a table. After that we experienced very good service. The food we ordered was well cooked. Thewait staff responded effectively to our requests. We spent about 1 hour and 15 minutes at this restaurant. This rating is based on the service that I received today. I went online, and placed an order for curbside pick up. I am not... feeling well, and just had on sweat pants. It asked for details about my car, and I took time and filled it all out. When Ipulled into the curbside parking, it gives you a number to call to let them know that you’ve arrived. I called the number,gave them my name, and they said ok. I sat and waited and waited and waited…I was the only car in the parking lot, so I knewit wasn’t crowded. I finally went inside in my sweat pants and sick, to see all of my food just sitting in this portablewarmer! I told the girl in the front, who I spoke to on the phone that I was there for curbside, and gave my name again. She letout the biggest sigh and said I guess I’ll get it. She gets all of the food out of the warmer and puts it in a bag as slow ashumanly possible. I was visibly frustrated. The manager was right there up front as well, and could care less about thesituation. They had no intention whatsoever of ever bringing me my food! When I called and said I’m here, they could’ve saidwe can’t bring it out or something. Instead they let me sit in the parking lot forever, and figure it out myself while my foodgot soggy on a warmer. If you can’t honor services, don’t offer them! The girl in the front was a young Hispanic girl, andthe manager was a Hispanic lady. I love the food here, but will not be back. Half price appetizers today! Great experience dining here today.

We went tonight and were told by a young man that it would be a ten minute wait. Another couple was waiting and we thought,... “No problem”. Then a third couple came in walked in and were immediately seated. The other couple looked at us and we allshrugged, and waited. We were not seated well past the ten minutes, in fact we were ignored. We left. When we got home, myhusband called to let the young man know, that his actions cost the restaurant business. His reaction was to tell us that itwasn’t his fault. Apparently the third couple said they wanted to be seated on the patio. We would have loved to have beenseated there if we were offered the option. There was no sign stating patio seating was immediate. The young man acted likehe’d didn’t care, and that’s where we left it. Read more

Great customer service. Bartender was on point and so friendly. Update: Came on Vday and my waitress is so sweet. Thanks Alexus... for letting me and my son have a great date... even though he fell asleep half way thru. Everything was great and this PeachWinter Margarita was delicious. What a joyous experience I had at this location. The waiter whose name was Rita, gave me a pleasant greeting. The appetizer a... deliciously prepared shrimp and crab dip, came in less than 10 minutes and the entree, a juicy thick bacon cheddar burger camein less than 15 minutes which made for prompt service. What amazed me most was the fries surprisingly. They were hot crispy andjust a right texture. Everything was extremely scrumptious and I not only gave my compliments to the chef, but I personallythanked the manager Mooney for an excellent excuted dining experience.
