Friendly service, fast. Got the wrong breakfast sandwich, but tasted good. The new French toast sticks are very good. Could... probably use 2 maple syrups for the 6 piece, instead of the 1 they give you. The potatoes taste a lot better than they look. Read more
Clearly ask for spicy pretzel sandwich but this is third time they put beef. So had to put review. Never again at this location.
Drive thru employee lied to me. I ordered two kids meals. One came with a white toy and one with a blue toy. I politely mention... to the drive thru employee that my kids already had a blue toy at home and politely asked if we can swap for a different color.She says "sorry blue is the only color we have." I know that's not true because you just handed me two different colors. Can youat least go look next time? I know it's not a big deal but come on man. Read more
Ordered a gravy biscuit at the drive through with 3 other items. When I was given my food, the gravy biscuit was missing.... Initially I was not surprised as this Wendy?s rarely get the drive through order right on the first try. What made this visitunique was the very same employee who took my order and charged me for a gravy biscuit told me that they didn?t serve them andclosed the drive through window. Like she was done with my order and walked away from the window. When she returned to thewindow she was rude and impatient with me. When I pointed to my receipt that she had charged me for it. She just stood there andstared at me and then waived at me like I should leave. I asked for a manager and when she arrived at the window she alsoimpatiently told me they didn?t serve gravy biscuits and started to walk away. I again pointed out that I had been charged for agravy biscuit. She also just stared at me like I was holding up the drive through. No apologies nor offer to refund on what wasclearly multiple mistakes by Wendy?s. I think it speaks volumes on how bad Wendy?s customer service is. Quality control clearlydoes not exist at Wendy?s and when there is a problem they try to ignore it. I think Wendy?s has great food, but using theirdrive through gets orders wrong much more often than they get them right. I gave it 4 stars because it took nearly 5 mins before someone came to the front and took my order. Food came out fast and hot.... My only gripe was with the Fries. They were definitely too salty. But Overall food was great. I'll be back again Read more
Delicious cookies, hot fries and those breakfast potatoes are the bomb! That being said, this location needs a training on... cleanliness/ safety customers beware of places where the SAME person handles your money AND your food. Also when they scoopyour ice out of an open container. And I've stopped trying to use their restrooms! Read more
