I made a side order of veggie sticks and the cashier refused to give me 1 complimentary dipping sauce (ranch or bleu cheese)... with it. Instead, they wanted to charge me for the sauce, which in all other restaurants - comes with the veggie sticks. Irefused, and left the store without any sauce for my veggie sticks. I would not recommend ordering from this store as long theywant to charge customers for things that should be complimentary. Read more
Incorrect hours on Google maps led me to race there from SE D.C, just to walk away hungry. The hours are posted on the door, but... MGMT should be checking Google maps for reviews and correct info constantly so ???????? from me. I work too hard to go throughthis mess. Read more
Never answer the phone. They say they are only doing online orders at certain moments. So even if you walk in to try and order... they turn you away unless you order online. Their customer service is bare minimum at best. I ordered 20 boneless wings at 7:30it?s now 8:20 and the order stated it would be ready in 20 to 30 minutes. Whoever owns that Franchise really needs to do acomplete turnover and change the employees and the way they do business. I know they could be so much more profitable if so.Other than that, the food is always fresh and always good which is why they usually stay busy. We called in 4 orders of wings and 1 order of fries. When we got there 15 minutes later paid for the order and waited another... 15-20 minutes there were 2 people that came in after us that tried to pay for their call in but when they checked their foodhalf of it was incorrect. There were 2 people working and 1 person just sitting on a chair against the wall. 1 of the guysworking asked chair guy several (3-4) times if he was going to drop the fries to which he mumbled something unintelligible andcontinuedtosit, I assumed it was for another order but apparently not. They handed us a bag with our order and we left. We live10 minutes away from Wingstop.. By the time we got home the wings were lukewarm at best and there were no fries. I do usuallylove the wings and especially the blue cheese dressing but as this is the 2nd bad experience with them I don't believe I willbe returning. We were disappointed when the Wingstop that was next to us on Cooper Rd closed down but this seems to be anongoing issue that will only get worse. I am all for raising the he minimum wage but not because you're entitled to it butbecause you earned it. Read more
First off they NEVER EVER answer me the phone . Walked in to not being greeted nor anyone acknowledging i was there . I just... stood there while they slowly moved in kitchen . My food was already done i just had to receive but had to wait 5 mins becausethey didn?t wanna come to the front for whatever reason . Then while i was waiting i saw one of the cooks picking and choosingthe smaller wings to put into people orders . Then when i got home i noticed he did the same thing to me lol , worst wingstopI?ve ever been to . They need new employees for sure . Read more
Horrible food all around. New sandwich ordered, soggy drenched in nasty sauce, the bun was surprisingly hard for how wet it was.... I couldn't take one bite after tasting the sauce on the rock, I mean bun. My kids and wife dared to taste it, one kid almostvomited, and the other just said, "oh my God that's bad!", the wife said she's not gonna even try after their reactions. Theyordered wings and fries combos, and they were not happy with theirs either, though they usually say I'm the picky one. The friesare just disgusting. I really wish I hadn't ordered from this place, I will definitely not be going back. If friends or familywant to go there, I will go elsewhere alone, it's just that bad.
