Nicely done up, very rustic and comfortable place for breakfast or lunch. Prices are a little high but so is ever other place.... Food was delicious and fast. Waitress was very pleasant and friendly. Definitely a good place to stop on your way to AlexandriaBay, or up north. Read more
Upon decent into the grand entry way we knew right away that they weren?t holding back any amount of wolf. Loaded. Packed to the... brim with wolf. We stumbled aimless through the tables before hearing the call of from our waitress; ?How many??. We sat, weate, we conquered. Great food, amazing staff, awesome times. 100% would recommend. This is a very nice place to go eat. Keep in mind it is very loud in here. The sausage and gravy was excellent, the sausage... gravy was homemade. The toast is regular bread toast so it?s not very big slice wise. The eggs Benedict is simply two eggs kindof poached on a homemade English muffin portion size it seems to be small. We had several cups of coffee and the consistencywas off so it seems as though the coffee was being made different each time. For the amount of food that you get this place issomewhat pricey. Do you know that feeling when you walk into a diner and the locals all stare? This is the opposite! With a hearty welcome... shouted to us at the door, we enjoyed a breakfast that arrived incredibly quickly. Maybe three minutes! The corned beef hash washot and crispy and the coffee hit the spot. Great welcome as we walked in the door. We had the blueberry pancakes which were big, fluffy and full of blueberries. Also had... two eggs over roast beef hash. Hash was more like home fries with a healthy portion of roast beef. it was delicious!! Read more
