Recently moved to the area, usually order from Milanos Bourget location. Alfreds location was king of disappointing to be... honest, ordered a pizza which was great, and a side chicken Caesar salad which was pitiful. UPDATED!!! Every time I order online or go in, they never have half of what they advertise. There's never any meat, or pop... curds. I know it's a minor inconvenience, but it happens every time I've ordered. I've had my order canceled by them withoutbeing notified. And multiple times I've been sent incomplete orders, missing drinks, dips or sauces that I've paid for. It'ssad as i love milanos, but this location is a disappointment. I don't recommend going unless you want to drastically changeyour order. UPDATE: went in on July 20 2022 after new ownership has started. And still the same. Items unavailable on themenu. This is disappointing. Officially lost my business. I went in for dinner for my son and myself, ended up getting hispizza but walking all the way to subway for my sub. Ordered online at 5:06pm. Received confirmation email saying delivery by 5:50. At 6:30, I called to ask if my order had left.... The guy says it left with 5 other deliveries and would be receiving it once he drives by my place. Finally arrived at 6:55, 1 hrand 49 minutes after placing my order. Complained to the driver, he apologized and said he was the only driver. Had to re-heatthe pizza...thereby changing the texture of the crust (way too soft). The medium poutine had 9 pieces of cheese in it. The frieswere almost black...probably because the fries had sucked in the bit of gravy they put on it. Couldn't eat it, way too cold!Should have taken the $50.00 (including tip) to buy 2 nice TBone steaks. We would have enjoyed that a whole lot more. Obviouslywon't be ordering from there anymore, and will encourage my friends to do the same. Just had Milano's special. Must say it's the best pizza in the area by far! Fresh ingredients and a golden crust! This will be... our pizza place from now on! The new owner is very friendly and accommodating! Read more

By far the worst place ever closes early befor i pick up my food they closed early and dont even call me to tell me there... closeing so I drive there to find out they have closed befor i could get my food why would you close when you know someone iscoming to pick up an order and half the time They have nothing they can't even make a basic pizza they don't have anything tomake it can't makes a salad why are they even open I don't know what the point is in opening when u can't even make a pepperonipizza Read more
