So we showed up and they were on a conditional health board pass, part of the cold table had died so the meat was held in the... back fridges. Other than that the only thing that takes a star from this subway is not having jalapeños. The staff was themost friendly and talkative of any in any subway before. Got some kind of bug or whatever from here twice. Ordered different things too the second time and we both got sick from it... 20mins after eating it! But ither than that its good. Lool Read more
Went in for a late lunch. Ordered wraps and fountain drinks. Was looking for the "Sub of the Day" deals but there was no signage... in the store - realized after that it is only posted outside the restaurant. Store was clean and not busy, staff were cleaning.Good preparation and fresh toppings. After purchasing fountain drinks was told that the ice machine was not working and the sodawas warm. They exchanged our fountain drinks for bottles without much issue. If the ice machine is not working strongly suggesta sign or letting the customers know prior to purchasing. Overall good experience. The standard menu is good and they should stick with the classics that have been there forever. The new Greek menu is way less... better than the other subs. Please bring back the Lobster roll sub. Read more
Should be a zero star review. Absolute worst experiences at this location. Service is mediocre at best but more often dreadfully... slow. Went in 08/21/2017 placed an order for 4 subs, They had run out of pickles, banana peppers, bacon, processed cheese,meatballs & whole wheat buns. I was told they had not prepped in the back therefore they could not refill them. Out of 8-10visits to this location I do not recall a decent experience even one time. Only reason I have given this location so manychances is the fact they are the only subway in the area and I had hopes they would get things sorted out. Read more
