I'm a veteran and was very disappointed with the Pizza Ranch in Algona on Veterans Day. We arrived there at 4:50 for the buffet... but no pizza was available for about an hour, no bussing of the tables and the place filled up fast so people stood in line orsat and waited for pizza. Great salad bar. Lots of choices on pizza and the staff was awesome.
Great place, considering staff shortages the employees go above and beyond to provide the same service.
Got there a few minutes after it opened to eat at the buffet and there was no chicken for at least 40 minutes. The salad bar... was not as fresh as it could be. This place went downhill from the last time we visited a year ago. Read more
So im going to be extremely hard on you because well lets face it when i local place has a faster response and delivery time... it's sad. You've messed up orders multiple times your corporate doesn't know whats going on at local levels and to top it offif you charge my moms credit card for an order never received your committing fraud and theft so yh improve your ties with localrestaurants and maybe you'll get a couple stars back, otherwise your not getting Anymore business from this household Read more

If your looking for food on the buffet this definitely isn?t the place to come to. Pizza buffet was empty whole time and the... chicken chicken was rarely available.
