Great food with friendly people. At most restaurants for pick up orders the fries comes to be soft as they pack them as soon as... the order is ready . But at Algonquin with my experience they make the fries when you go for pickup hence gets crispy and freshfries .highly recommend this sub place . Read more

Stopped on a whim because of the reviews. Definitely has earned its reputation for great sandwiches. Also had the cheesy... potato soup. Delicious. Will stop again if in the area. Read more

If you're tired of name brand subs tasting the same come try something exotic and delicious from the Algonquin Sub shop! Almost... undetectable when driving past I wanted to try this little shop for months before I had a day off to give it a go (they're notopen when I'm off work). It's an absolute dream and they carer to a vegetarian diet as well! The subs are all made fresh by asurprisingly large team in the kitchen. I almost start drooling when I get the sub in my truck, because the aroma gets my tummygrumbling. Not to mention the shoestring cheese fries that'll have you wondering if portillo's is even considered competition tothis tiny shop. Read more

Great little sub shop. The sandwiches are always really good with fresh ingredients and ample portions. The one thing to note is... they close at 5, so keep that in mind for dinner. Read more

Not your typical sub shop. Algonquin Sub Shop and Epic Deli are definitley the two best submarine sandwich shops in the suburbs,... if not the two best you may ever eat anywhere. Don't pass up this gem if you are in the area. The sandwich combinations areunique and have stellar flavor. I recommend trying something a outside your normal comfort zone for ingredients. You will likelybe surprised how amazing the concoctions are here. Read more
