Called on 08/2/22 at 7pm. Had to hang up and call back twice. Once someone finally answered, i asked if i could place an order... to go. The lady that answered was very rude and said sorry were backed up and not accepting any orders at this time and to callback in 30 min if I wanted. I said so your not accepting any orders at all? She said no sorry and hung up on me. The lady wasextremely rude. Advise to go to the chilis in Crystal Lake instead. Read more
Food tastes okay , salsa was salty . Mango Iced tea was really good .
Our server did a great job and we tipped her for great service; however, the food quality was poor for one of the family... members. Chipotle Chicken Mexican bowl did not taste right, and we complained to the server. She agreed to remove it from thebill; however, the manager declined to do so. The salad was not fresh, and my family member later got sick. We have beeneating at different Chili's restaurants for the last 20+ years, and this was one of the worst experiences we ever had. I don'tthink they care about customer service at this location. If they did, the manager could either make a new meal or give usrefund for poor quality entry. I hope the corporate HQ will look into this poor food quality issue. Read more
Chilis is a go to for me. They have a lot of different foods and everything is so good. The place is clean anytime I go.... Decorations are nice and there are lots of tvs with different things to watch. Theres also a mini tablet on the table that youcan pay with and also play on. The games are generally fun and make the wait go by faster. theres a trivia game, some quizzes,and also kid games. Servers are amazing all the time and ive never had a bad experience with them. Pricing is nice. The portionsfor entrees are pretty big. Theres great deals like the 3 for $10: Appetizer, Entree, and Drink. Or the 2 for $25: Appetizer, 2Entrees, and a Dessert. The food is always delicious. I usually get chips and salsa for an appetizer. And Burger/Big mouth bitesor Cajun pasta for an Entree. Its addictive. The Cookie skillet topped with icecream is so yummy. Overall its a great place togo for almost any occasion. I even told my boyfriend that Id kind of want Chilis as a wedding food option haha. I love coming to this restaurant! The food is always great and they have a very polite and hard working staff! All of the... burgers are huge and they give generous portions of fries.
