Our family loves Jiang's! The servers are super polite, attentive, responsive and quick to offer drink refills and to clean up... the table. The food is delicious! So many yummy options to customize your own bowl. The food is fresh and plentiful. I usuallyhave enough to make 3 meals out of bowl. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant! Read more
Meals were good. You choose your protein and vegetables. Also rice or noodles. Then choose one of many different sauces... available. You leave with specific number provided for meal and table. And once meal is prepared it's brought to table. Greatstaff will return. Great date night atmosphere. Read more
I am honestly SHOCKED at how many reviews claim that this restaurant is clean. The fan was CAKED in dust. The walls and air... vents had very visible dust on them, walls had splatters, tables were sticky. I am not a clean freak, but as I waited for myfood, I was noticing more and more cleanliness issues. Also? no AC. The staff was rude, they slammed some trays down in front ofus when we forgot to grab them. I ate here because my boyfriend and I read the reviews and thought it would be a good place togo. The food was fine. Some of the proteins looked really questionable. But overall, I have no clue how so many people rate thisplace as clean and fresh. The price point is great, and I saw a lot of families there enjoying their time. I am aware in thiseconomy that their price point is super approachable for lots of people, but cleanliness is still something that should beaccessible as well. Read more
Food was amazing, but service was lacking. The waitress placed a beer on the corner of the table without a word and it spilled... all over the place. Rather annoying to say, but at least the food was yummy. Read more
