Our family loves Jiang's! The servers are super polite, attentive, responsive and quick to offer drink refills and to clean up... the table. The food is delicious! Meals were good. You choose your protein and vegetables. Also rice or noodles. Then choose one of many different sauces... available. You leave with specific number provided for meal and table. I am honestly SHOCKED at how many reviews claim that this restaurant is clean. The fan was CAKED in dust. The walls and air... vents had very visible dust on them, walls had splatters, tables were sticky. I am not a clean freak, but as I waited for myfood, I was noticing more and more cleanliness issues. Also? no AC. The staff was rude, they slammed some trays down in front ofus when we forgot to grab them. I ate here because my boyfriend and I read the reviews and thought it would be a good place togo. The food was fine. Some of the proteins looked really questionable. But overall, I have no clue how so many people rate thisplace as clean and fresh. The price point is great, and I saw a lot of families there enjoying their time. I am aware in thiseconomy that their price point is super approachable for lots of people, but cleanliness is still something that should beaccessible as well. Read more
Food was amazing, but service was lacking. The waitress placed a beer on the corner of the table without a word and it spilled... all over the place. Rather annoying to say, but at least the food was yummy. Read more
Very nice place for stir fry. The restaurant was pretty clean and updated. I really liked the idea of creating your own meal,... as then you know what you were getting. First, had some of the clam chowder, which was good and had a nice flavor to it. Nextwas choosing your ingredients. The protein looked fresh, the area was kept clean, and all the other ingredients were full andlooked fresh. The only gripe was some of the vegetables were a bit too big for the bowl you got. The sauses all looked good,and the noodles looked fresh and tasted amazing when all was together. I didn't go to the salad bar, but the area was clean. The staff was attentive and friendly. Good service. Plenty of proteins, sauces and vegetables to choose from for your meal. Food cooked very well. The vegetables on... the salad bar looked odd. The salad bar didn?t bother me because I was not here for the salad. This is separate from the veggiesfor the stir fry. All the vegetables were cut, diced, chopped haphazardly. Read more
You can order from the menu, but we always go for the grill. My husband really likes their clam chowder soup. I get the salad... bar, then fill my bowl with meat and veggies..pick my sauces, and add the rice..hubby likes the noodles. Give it the chef andhe cooks it to perfection..its then brought to ypir table..soooo hot! I definitely recommend this place. Read more
