Terrible customer service. I went to buy a coffee but my 10 days newborn baby started crying so I went to a quiet corner and... started preparing a formula bottle for her. Suddenly BEN, a Starbucks employee, was very rude and started yelling that we couldnot stand there. Seriously? what could I do? My baby was crying and I honestly wanted to have a coffee after. I am never goingback to that Starbucks. Additionally, there were NO manager business cards so I could escalate my concern either. Read more
Always loved this Starbucks - great little outdoor patio area for the pleasant summer/spring days. I also liked the convenience... of this one for their drive thru on my way to I-90 from Randall Road. If I had a flight from Ohare, I'd zip here at the Drivethru and usually don't have to wait more than 5 mins even with cars in front of me. It does get busy in those morning - 6:30 AMto 9AM time slots. But they do their best to get cars through. Read more

Very slow service. The lady working kept stocking supplies while helping customers. Then another lady comes in and starts... stocking supplies, then she leaves without helping anyone. This stuff should be done before the shop opens. Help yourcustomers. Read more
This Store is Inside Target, friendly Staff just not a very Comfortable place to sit down for very long the baristas know how to... make the drinks and I?ve never had bad service, if they?re busy they do get slow though because it?s usually only one girlworking. ???? Read more
Horrible horrible staff!!!!! I came into this location because the drive thu line had atleast 10 cars. Little did know it was... going to be a big mistake. Ordering the drink was normal (ice Carmel latte). I guess starbucks is doing 1/2 off frapps for atimeframe ( I was I unaware ) This is still not an excuse for my horrible service. I waited for 25 minutes to get my drink!25!!!!!!!! 10 people behind me got their "frapps" all before I did. I asked about my drink three times with a man named Mic.When I first asked, He first said my drink was in the line up. The second time I asked he said it was going to be up in a fewminutes.... more and more frapps came out. While I was waiting, he wasn't even calling everyone's drinks out there was a totalof 5-8 people waiting at a time and he would just place the drinks out for people to come up and read if it was theirs. I evencalled out a few drinks for them. It took for three times for me to ask to get my drink. They had 2 people working the window,two making frapps, one one the regular bar (mic) and 1 at the counter inside. 6 people working and it took me all that for adamn drink. This staff was rude, didn't do their job well and needs new training. I have worked in a coffee shop for 1 year, Iknow how to make frapps, have a like out the door so I understand a drink can get lost but I shouldn't have to ask 3 times. Read more
Horrible service purposely now avoid this place, so I don't have to deal with it. I understand the location is understaffed;... however no excuse to serve every customer that came behind me (all 6 plus the dive thru). Went to order two drinks and twosandwiches. The drinks came a few minutes after the orders in front of me were placed. However, my sandwiches took 30 minutes! Iwouldn't have been nearly as upset if they hadn't filled all the orders who came in behind me all 6 of them. Will now avoid thislocation. Read more
I just visited this Starbucks location, The girl working (Gianna) was extremely rude from the start. Then she was even worse... after she messed up my drink. Just a dirty look a horrible attitude. Customer service isn?t the job for everyone obviously. Read more
