Unhygienic and rude staff!!! Arrogant owner
I was in process of scanning my phone for my points and was holding my card in my hand and the worker took card from my hand and... put it in the chip reader. When I asked about why it wasn't scanning, he said "it's too late, you already paid so you can't getthe points." He was very rude about it, walked away and then just ignored me. If you can't treat customers with respect andintegrity, then find another career! I won't be giving them one red cent of my money ever again. Very poor customer service!! Read more
I will not go to this place again. The sandwitch maker was very rude. I asked for extra veggie on my two sandwitchs, he was very... rude. He said he can only give normal because he was giving very littel in eatch sandwitch, so, I asked for more. The serveracted rude and gave a ignoreant look. Be carefull when visiting this store. I would give zero start if google allows me. They are rude. I went there with coupon and they refused to take the coupon and... said we can’t accept buy one get one coupon which was sent by subway. I highly not recommend this place. Instead of this storego to Walmart subway. Read more
I just wanted my vegetables heated. Turned into the employee being irate and insisting that I couldn’t do that. I told him I... wasn’t talking about the wrap just the vegetables. I’ve frequented at this location plenty of times before where he and hiscoworker have heated my vegetables. The rudeness and angry forcefulness was uncalled for since I didn’t raise my voice or berude to him. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day but his response was completely uncalled for and I left refusing to payfor that type of treatment. Read more

I wish I could provide the name of who was working today, November 27, 2022. Unfortunately, you could barely read the name on... the name tag and he wouldn’t provide me with it. To start off I walked into the subway and he provided horrible manner towardsme. he was telling me how you see there’s no more meat here we’re closed. If you are closed then why is the door unlocked?Not to mention the website says that you guys are close at 10 o’clock. He said how on Sundays they are closed at 9 o’clock.Period. Therefore, the website needs to be changed and it needs to say 9 o’clock for Sundays. Absolutely unacceptable and thiswas around 9:10pm. Read more
