Staff was incredibly rude including management. Drive up window was so slow and on top off everything my order was incorrect. ... I proceeded to go inside to retrieve my missing items only to be talked about in a different language and laughed at by staffmembers. I will most definitely file a complaint with corporate since the manager at this location didn't seem to care when Ibought it to her attention. Read more
Way better than the rt 47 Wendy's. This one is busier too and they get orders done in half the time. They recognize me, greet me... and go above and beyond. They made a mistake once but owned up to it and were super understanding after that it never happenedagain. These guys are trying their best and I appreciate them :) Read more
The girl in the drive thru the last 3 times I have been there has a terrible attitude and doesn't give you your receipt... otherwise I would complain directly with her name. I am always more than kind but she is rude and it's disappointing to get thatkind of attitude for absolutely no reason when I am smiling and telling her to have a great day and she responds with okay witha deadpan look like wow. Service was terrible...waited 20 min for a chicken sandwich, cheeseburger and 2 fries. Once we did get the food it didn't taste... very good...almost like eating cardboard. Had stomach issues the whole next day. Eat often at my local Wendy's and love it. Willnot return to this one. Read more
