Quick Summary Good food, service can be a hit or miss (which is similar to most Asian casual restaurants), and plenty of parking... at the plaza Food- 4 stars Beef noodle soup- pretty good brisket. Soup and noodles are decent. It's pretty standard and aboveaverage. Great that they give you an option of the standard or knife cut noodles lamb noodle soup- same as above Dan dannoodle- same as above. Highly recommend sticking with standard noodles for this one Beef rolls- these are pretty good. The skincould be crispier, but they do a good job with the beef rolls Service- 2 stars I feel bad because they were understaffed andappeared to have alot of newer workers. My boyfriend and I came for dinner on a Friday night. We ordered beef rolls, pork pan fried dumplings, and beef & beef tendon... noodle soup (with hand-torn noodle). Everything was delicious. I love getting their beef rolls whenever I come here and theydon't disappoint. The beef rolls are crunchy on the side with the right amount of beef, veggies & hoisin sauce. The dumplingswere crunchy and I appreciate that they were also juicy inside. The beef noodle soup has a slight peppery kick. The hand tornnoodles in the soup were amazing and the beef was tender.
