Quick Summary Good food, service can be a hit or miss (which is similar to most Asian casual restaurants), and plenty of parking... at the plaza Food- 4 stars Beef noodle soup- pretty good brisket. Soup and noodles are decent. It's pretty standard and aboveaverage. Great that they give you an option of the standard or knife cut noodles lamb noodle soup- same as above Dan dannoodle- same as above. Highly recommend sticking with standard noodles for this one Beef rolls- these are pretty good. The skincould be crispier, but they do a good job with the beef rolls Service- 2 stars I feel bad because they were understaffed andappeared to have alot of newer workers. My boyfriend and I came for dinner on a Friday night. We ordered beef rolls, pork pan fried dumplings, and beef & beef tendon... noodle soup (with hand-torn noodle). Everything was delicious. I love getting their beef rolls whenever I come here and theydon't disappoint. The beef rolls are crunchy on the side with the right amount of beef, veggies & hoisin sauce. The dumplingswere crunchy and I appreciate that they were also juicy inside. The beef noodle soup has a slight peppery kick. The hand tornnoodles in the soup were amazing and the beef was tender. I come here for the delicious chunky chewy handmade noodles. You can have it with a range of options, both with soup or dry... style. The homemade hot sauces on the table are also great. Make sure you get to try! Read more
I thought their dandan noodles were perfectly done; hand pulled noodles with a nice heft of sauce. The numbing spice flavor and... peanut butter wasn't overwhelming and it was savory and delicious. The beef roll is good, liked that the wrapping is thing andcrepelike, and not too dough-y. It was a bit salty with more hoisin sauce though. Also liked that they didn't put too much onionin it. The Xiao long bao was decent, not the best I've had but still juicy. Cash only though, prices raised a lot after covid. Read more
One of the best beef rolls I have even tasted. However, the reason I am giving it a two is because I also got the Pork Pan Fried... Dumpling which was very mediocre, it seemed like something I can get from a frozen food section. Can you believe 6 Beef Rollsand 10 Mediocre Dumplings come up to $30? Tasty and open decently late Taiwanese style noodles and bread-y dishes. You know it's authentic and good when it's 90+% Chinese... people speaking Chinese eating there. Get the beef rolls and add the hot sauce and vinegar on there. ???? Read more
