When you're in the drive thru, it's really hard to hear the person and its hard for the employees to hear me and get my order... right. I can literally spend at least 3 MINS repeating myself. Also, you can't see the order on the screen. That screen hasn'tbeen working for a long time. They have someone in training right now and they're making him ask me if my order looks right onthe screen. They very well known that it doesn't work and they tell this new employee to ask the customer that? I didn't havetime to talk to management about this and something tells me that they already know. I asked about the deal and was only told of one breakfast sandwich.There were two other options, and you mix & match. Saw that when I pulled up to the window.
