Really bad organization and service.. if u go and order a chicken bake and a pizza they want a hand to you the chicken bake and... by the 25 min wait for the pizza ur 5 dollars chicken bake its a hard piece of bread... and if u ask to hold the chicken bakewhile u wait they say nah we can't!? I have been a Costco member for a long time, I love Costco never had any issue? but today I bought 2 hotdog combo, one slice of... cheese and fruit smoothie? employee LAUREN was helping me, I asked for an extra straw as they don?t give the straw with fruitsmoothie. I even asked her that?s for the baby. She denied to give me and then I asked her ok as the baby can?t sip can I justreturn that; then she was like ?take the straw but you are rude?, whenever it comes to customer service and you don?t wannaserve that always ?RUDE CUSTOMER?. I am also related to customer service industry, so for a silly thing you don?t need to make abig deal. Employee like her make the company suffer. Read more
If you're wondering, you need a membership for the food court. I still go for pizza from time to time but now maybe less so... since they got rid of the supreme and now only offers pepperoni and plain. Read more
Not even worth giving a star on the review. On Saturday morning at 9:40 am, I filled up the gas at Costco on the 28th of August... 2021 and ordered two chicken bakes fruit smoothie and a glass of cold brew from the food court. NIkila said me the cold brewcoffee wasn't ready right now, so I ordered two fruit smoothies. Nikila filled less up fruit smoothie in the cup and onechicken bake was hollow: Nikila's service didn't make her happy from the morning. Read more
I enjoy shopping at Costco but prices seem to be increasing. Chuck roast is $6.99 a pound, I can pick it up for $5.99 a pound... on sale at Sprouts this week. I don't find the same selection of cheese. Hits & misses. Read more
We called ahead of time and they told us 20 minutes. We waited 28 extra and when we asked about our order, Hilario yelled at my... husband and wouldn't let him ask about our order. I understand that there is stress but that is not the way to talk tocustomers. I was not our first time ordering by phone and we know there is an order but the response from the employee wascompletely unacceptable. Very disappointed with Costco. We love their food and come to have their pizza as often as we can evenwhen we live 25 minutes away. Read more
Food tastes great and very affordable prices. Call the Costco Food Plaza ahead of time if you want a whole pizza so you won't... have to wait the 30 mins. Didn't receive 5 stars because there was trash left behind in some of their tables and it's difficultmaneuvering around the seating area given the large amount of customers/shopping carts. Read more
When there last Friday. Stood in line 10 for 2 chicken bake. Got them. Both were burn crispy. Can?t eat. Taste burn. Went... back to get exchange but saw that all of them were burn on the top. Had waste 15 min inside to get refund. Inside Costco toldme that they are normally burn like that. No pride in their food or work. Just bs. - never buy chicken bake here. Read more
