First of all. When me and my friend came in. There was no body to greet us. When we came. So we had to wait until somebody came... to sit us. Then when the server brought my packages. I ask where is the sirup for my packages. I waited and waited and theserver never came back. Until i notice 1 sirup Bottle on a basquet at the corner of table. Which she didnt even said. There itis. Then later I ask the waiter which was the back-up waiter. As the original waiter told me he was going on a break. So i askthe back-up waiter to bring me a container for my left over. And it took him like 15 minutes for me waiting. And when he broughtit. He only brought a container and did not bring me a plastic bag. Then i ask for a plastic bag and it took another 15 minutes.Also ask for more half and half creamer and sugar and they didn't brint it. So i had to use the sugar and low sugar to sweetenmy coffee. They had really bag customer service. That is the reason i give then only 1 star. Read more
We were seated in a sparsly occupied area. 2 of us at a table for 6. As predicted, our server was nowhere to be seen. We sat for... a while before we hailed a passing server and asked for coffee. Another stretch of time before our order was taken. Thebreakfast was OK but not as complete as the ones we find at other restaurants. All in all, a less than satisfactory experience. Read more
It's okay. They seem to be slipping. The food is okay. They used to carry vanilla coffee creamers no more. They used to have... flavored butter no more. If you are on the far side there is a slight sour smell. The people who worked there are hard workingand polite. They hustle. Employees are personable. Read more
This restaurant was understaffed on Thurs Sept 1st. One host, one server, and it was getting busy. Our drinks and food took a... long time to arrive. Paying the check took some time also. I'm not putting the blame on the server. She tried her best jugglingher tables. You can see how tired and frustrated she was trying to keep her composure. Read more
Big miss with my recent experience here. I don?t expect much when going to Ihop, but today?s customer service was bare minimum... at most. Everything took exceptionally long to be done, from being seated (practically ignored while I?m the only person waitingand only getting seated once others showed up) to finally getting my food. My server, while nice enough, wasn?t too attentive tomy table and the only time she came around after serving my food was to hand me the receipt. Had she come around at least oncemore, I wouldn?t have had my food swiftly put away by the perpetually grumpy busser while leaving my table for 10 seconds to geta to-go box. Although they did rectify this by replacing my leftovers, the busser wasn?t too apologetic at all, making the wholeordeal less than pleasant. The busser already seemed to have some issue with me since I told him preferred the curtain at *my*table to be up, after the family who got seated at the next table *after* me, requested them down. I even offered to be moved toa different table so the family could enjoy their shade, but I guess that was an issue too. All in all, the food was okay, thecustomer service needs some work. Read more
Enjoyed a nice Breakfast for Dinner here. The place was being set-up to be fumigated, but nonetheless, we were serviced quickly... and efficiently. Next time I?m in town, I'll definitely be coming back to this location. I appreciated our Server'sattentiveness and speedy service. Thank you! Read more
