Date: Saturday, 7:49 P.M. Edit: THIRD time visiting. 40 minutes, waiting for ONE Chicken Sandwich inside. Get it together....... (-1 star ?) Edit* 2nd time visiting, no chicken sandwiches or tenders available. This location needs some quality control (-1additional star ?) Knocked off 1 star (?): the drive-thru experience. About 24 minutes from start to finish waiting. Wasn'tparticularly crowded (see pictures) I understand it's a new location, so staff may not be synchronized yet. I will be comingback so I may adjust my review accordingly ???? 2nd star I knocked off (?): The prices are a bit steep for comparable meals atsimilar fast food chains. I always order the spicy chicken joy with mashed potatoes and mango pies for me and the family. I love that they serve dark... meat pieces only, (leg and thighs). The pieces are big, juicy and crunchy. Read more

I ordered Jolly Spaghetti with 2 pcs Spicy chicken. They said i need to wait for at least 14 minutes. I waited and then they... served me my order without napkins and proper Cutlery. WARNING: DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER AT THIS LOCATION unless you want to wait forever. I placed an order online to skip the... line but they wanted me to pick up my order at the drive thru window. This is ridiculous and very inefficient! I placed an orderonline but still had to wait for everyone else to place their order/get their order before I was able to pick up my order. Thisplace should have a separate pick up line for online orders. They also don't pick up the phone at this location. I wanted tocancel my order because the line was so long. I had no way to cancel it so I had to wait for over 45 minutes. Read more
This Jollibee is clean and the employees are friendly. Got the Chickenjoy Spaghetti combo with Pineapple Quencher and Peach... Mango pie. The Chicken was tender and juicy and the Spaghetti was ok. The Quencher and Pie were fantastic though. The foodseemed a bit pricey for fast food but definitely worth checking out. Read more

When I received the order and arrived at the restaurant, the cashier asked me which order it was. After confirming it, I... immersed myself in my own business. I didn't notify the chef to speed up the order. Then I waited there. 5 minutes passed. Onlyanother waitress came to ask me what the order was, and then she started to prepare, yes, started to prepare this order, mywaiting was a waste of time. From the seats, you can see the back chef is making this order. They found that the beef in thisorder is not enough, and they continued to make beef first. When the last order was received, I had to wait for 30 minutes, Iwould understand if the restaurant was very busy, but the order was in a very light time, 3pm.
