We were in Alhambra, a place I am not too familiar with and my grandson insisted we stop at Papa Johns because he saw it on TV.... Now, I told him we have been to others and it is not good. He said this one will be. He was starving. We went. There is nothingnice about this place. The parking is free is the nicest thing I can come up with. The place gets too dark with little outdoorlighting. The exterior is down right creepy. You walk in and the place is somewhat clean, but really, I was the only one there,can someone not get a broom. We ordered our pizza and waited and waited and in about 35 minutes they gave it to us. They werenot friendly, they were not polite. There was no thank you. They did not even greet us when we came in. We went to the counterand finally someone spoke, "what do you want?" We took the pizza with us and when we opened the box it had somehow been shakenI guess, or maybe they dropped it, I know I did not and it was in pieces. The bottom of the box was dirty. It had these littlefruit flies, not on the pizza, but on the bottom of the box. Gross. The pizza was disgusting. It was hot, however. It all wentin the trash. I was worried we would get sick. Don't go here. It is the worst. You can buy the cheapest frozen pizza, cook itwrong, burn it and it would still be better. Just awful. Read more
Ordered online. And I came on time. Thank you to the crew. The driver ran up the stairs left my order fresh and hot.
Pizza tasted horirble and old ...and peppers on the side were expired old peppers.....HORRIBLE LOOK AT MY PHOOTO
I ordered pizza at 11 and it said it was gonna be here at 11:40, it never arrived I got a text message from the driver at 11:59... saying he was here and he wasn't than I got a call from the lady at the store saying he got here at 11:40 and waited for 20 minwhich is not true the time doesn't even match Read more
I ordered 2 pizzas online.. said it would be 30-45 minutes.. over an hour later it still says 30-45 minutes and I?ve been... calling for 15-20 minutes.. no answer.. horrible.. don?t order online from the Papa John?s in Alhambra if you want your pizzawithin 2 hours.. freakin lame..! Read more
Just wanna thank the two young ladies that worked 9/9/2020 at around 6:30pm. They could have turned me away and they didn?t. I... really appreciate you guys. The true definition of great customer service. Did not catch their names. And I know how hard yourjobs are and to be paid so little. 1st: Experience: Horrible- took over 1hr & a half to get my pizza. When i called numerous times, they said the driver was in... front of my house, which was a lie. I canceled- 10min later the driver arrives. I refused my order, and choose to driveelsewhere. 2nd Experience: i chose to pick-up(carry out) this time in order to avoid last times experience; this time was toldthat they charge for cheese (packets) in a very disturbing way, as if i was angering them for requesting free packets.
