I will never ever go back to this place. Placed my order at 4:00pm, did get my food (24 nuggets and 12 piece of chicken) until... 4:28pm. By that time, 11 orders placed after mine came and gone. Asked three times about my order but they kept telling me thatthey were waiting on the chicken. But there 11 orders after mine that get their food. The two managers that was there did notgive any explanation or apologize. Very poor customer service. Read more
Maybe I was just very hungry, but that was the best 13 something dollars I've spent on fast food. Cool workers there too.
The place is small. Waiting in line is outside. They usually have one register going even when it's busy. You have to check... your order before you leave because they can forget to put your sides in. Service has been friendly each time. It is alsoquick. If they take a long time to get your order it's usually someone in line who didn't know what they wanted when they gotup to the register. Parking is a mess when they are busy. Read more
This Popeyes was also my second time here cute little ambience small restaurant and the chicken nuggets were very delicious it?s... a nice little cute lunch spot to come if you?re craving some greasy Popeyes. Lol Read more
Although food is good, it took at least 30 minutes to get our food. I guess many ordered online or on the app before us. We... ordered our food to dine in, but the people ordering food to go we're sitting at the tables waiting for their to go food. Youguys should put a sign that "tables are for dine in only", it would also be nice for them to come wipe clean the tables once inawhile, cause its unfortunate that some customers eat messy and don't clean up as after themselves. $2 get 2 chicken Tuesdays! That deal is super worth it in general and this popeyes also has it! Its a smaller place with a more... quiet and intimate ambiance that's very clean and has nice servers. Generally it can get busy on Tuesdays due to the deal andparking can be rather tricky since it's located in a very small plaza. Although line can be long, usually they go pretty quicklybecause of their ordering system and well trained cashier guys. I usually go here for quick bites to go, and usually it took me3-8 minutes in and out. They do things pretty quickly! Read more

This particular location on Lake Ave, Pasadena, I have never gotten greasy, chicken , leftover chicken from the lunch hours.... It's always been fresh and hot. The staff are kind and friendly. I recommend this place to anyone who likes good food. Read more
