Spent over $600 for a birthday party and i regret going there. The manager only came out to kick us out once we hit the 2 hours.... She never bothered to ask to put the cake in the fridge or help us light the candle i had to ask her after she kicked us out.The food came out fast within 5 minutes which was really odd. OMG the night shift ???????????????? the night shift team is amazing!!!!!!! I didn?t make no reservations and it was definitely... last minute dinner after my son?s High School graduation. I was a party of 15 and no tables were available only booths. Kimberly(manager) was awesome enough to approach me and give me a heads up that a party was ending and a long table will be available ina few minutes. The team cleaned up and we were in ???? The team was so helpful and they were on top of everything before I askedfor items. The cashier helped me decide on the appropriate party package to accommodate my party and it was exactly what weneeded. The food was enough for my party plus we were all able to take some home. The managers Brenda and Henry are very helpful. We went to another Shakey's where my daughter put in to much money to play in... the arcade and when we arrive yesterday night ???? i asked the manager which was Brenda and asked if we were able to getsomething since we weren't able to use our tokens both Henry and Brenda immediately said most definitely so my daughter was ableto play they were able to put the tokens on the card since they have a new system that they use cards so they went out their wayto help us out. People are friendly. Prices are okay. Had not been to Shakey's in long time it was nice to go and see if I still liked the food.... Pizza was good, I really like the chicken and the potatoes and the salad bar is just okay. It was clean and it was everyperson's choices to wear a mask or not. Always a good time at the Shakeys in Alhambra! I have been coming here for years and have always had an amazing experience. The... food is always so tasty here. The pizza has the perfect amount of cheese and sauce. The fried chicken is always so juicy andperfectly fried. The mojos are my favorite! They are always fresh and crispy, they way I like it! Also, the managers here aresuper friendly and attentive especially Henry and Brenda. Read more
Clean. Great service. Down fall is Shakeys does not allow chicken menu options to be substituted with other pieces and it was a... huge disappointment that we had to spend extra money on food we would not eat. But over all the staff was very helpful and thefood was great. Read more
