Asked for a decaf iced coffee, and they were confused asking if I wanted a decaf shot. It's not that difficult. Received drink... with coffee on the outside. Person handing out the orders didn't seem to think this was and directed me to napkins so I couldclean up my cup. Asked for a sleeve and was given 2,both wet from spilled coffee on the counter. I'm a starbucks stars member..today, I'm here to buy my coffee. While waiting for the order, Cahier had a long conversation with... the guest in front of me. It was very hot and very tired, and I wanted to get my drink asap. After order, I got drink which Ididn't order it. I politely say "Sorry I said light ice" and they laugh at me..Alright after ten minutes wait,and then they giveme a drink full of wipes. I'm not satisfied. Tell him it's not what I want, and then he tells me he wants to call cops ? Excuseme?? Did I hear you wrong?I'm a customer I paid for my drink wait over 15 mins you give the wrong one and said you want to callcops?? I felt so bad!! And I want to let everyone knows .. It's not my first time in this store. I think one Indian employees heknows me. But instead of being friendly, he laughed and snubbed me. Really disappointed!! Read more
Decent setup with markers along the ground to help people keep their distance. Parking is alright for quick pick up and ordering... ahead on the app, but may be nice to get a notification (probably a corporate call though) Read more
Safe environment and always clean! I have never had a problem with my orders or any other items! This one is close to the gym... I go to, so it is a great commodity to be able to stop by for a hot or cold drink, snack, card re-load, etc. If they don't makeyour drink the right way, they always offer to re-make it for you, no questions asked. Depending on the season though, theystay open late. Again, great place and location to find this Starbucks! Read more

My coffee took forever, only to find out someone else had taken my order. I 100% do not blame the staff but the fact that... Starbucks hasn't bothered to implement a better system when it comes to mobile orders when many other restaurants and to goplaces have. Idk what the time estimates are based on or why they can't bother providing a customer's full name on a sticker sothat people with common names don't have a problem. The store had one espresso machine down and that should have been somethingthey should have been able to take into account with the mobile order process. I feel bad for how stressed out everyone was forthings that weren't in their control. Also as a side note, the fact that someone literally has to stand and hand out mobileorders...customers should really be more accountable or honestly people shouldn't steal other people's stuff.
