This placed messed up on my order two times in a row, and I was nice the first two times about. They said they'd be able to put... me on a list to at least get a free fry for paying for something that I never received on my order TWICE mind you. And I call tosee if I can claim it and they tell me "oh because it's been more than two weeks you can't claim it anymore" like no... youdidn't give me something on my order TWICE IN A ROW. Just horrible! Where do I begin. I ordered two sets of fries and they were disgusting! Dry, old, and burnt. They basically gave... me the oldest fries they had. The garlic parmesan wings were awful! Also not coated very well with the seasoning and also dryand tasted awful. Just disappointing and this isn't the first time they've disappointed me. As soon as i came into the plaza the place smelled like dog food. Then i went into wingstop and the workers gave me stank eye... and ignored me so i left. What ever stinks outside needs to change because it was the first thing i noticed. Read more

They won?t take phone orders over the phone larger than $25.00. My order came out to $28.06. My order was $3.06 over the limit... and they made me come in person or order online. How am I supposed to order online when I?m driving home after a long day ofwork. Terrible customer service. I plan on making phone orders under the 25 limit and just not showing up. They don?t care abouttheir customers so why should I care about them. Read more
