Our waitress was awesome, our food was all delicious and we enjoyed our time there.
The worst experience ever! Got here waited to be seated no one acknowledged our arrival! Waiting for drinks mind you we got... water ! The water was YELLOW and it had some sort of salt that was floating in it. We put our order in and then waited 45 minfinally asked if our food was ready and the waitress told us that our order never made it to the back! We spoke with the Managerand she said could not do anything about it! Mind you the manager was very rude and not a little sympathetic about us waitingfor OVER an hour and our food not even being placed. Came in with may family after visiting lake corpus Christy...restaurant was pretty empty. Waited from 9:40pm to 10pm for... girl to take our order..At 10:30pm were still waiting for our drinks. So we decided to leave , we HADN'T even gotten ourdrinks or nothing.. Server was like ,are you sure sir... This afternoon Chilis was obviously under staffed and overwhelmed. We arrived around 2:30PM for a late lunch and didn?t leave... until after 4:00PM. However! Praise Kelly Ann our server. Everything within her control, she handled with poise. She wasattentive, patient, and kind. She ensured we were pleased with our meal and service even though our food took almost an hour tocome out and they were out of molten cakes/ice cream. Things happen but Kelly deserves kuddos. Overall great food and service.. not busy when we went on a Saturday during lunch. Food was delicious ...but the place could use... a cleaning, especially the glass dividers between the bar and booth seating. Read more
My food was horrible and undercooked. My daughter's really enjoyed her food. I spoke to the manager Kylie and she was... extremely helpful in making sure my order was remade for me even though I couldn't get but up there until a day later. While Iappreciate her help, its always better to do it right the first time. Read more
Our waiter was awesome! He didn't wait for the hostess to seat us, since no one was even at the front, he automatically asked... how many we had and found us a table. Everything came out quickly and cooked to perfection. We never had to worry about ourdrinks not being filled or anything at all. He was very attentive with us and his other tables as well. The only complaint isthat Chili's removed the chicken and waffles from the menu that day, lol especially since that's what 2 of the people in ourgroup planned on ordering, but we still found something to eat.
