Well... Where to start? I'll begin with the food,my grilled chicken sandwich with serrano, jalapeno, pepper jack cheese and IHOP... sauce was pretty good however Mom's roasted turkey melt was a soggy mess practically inedible. Now let's "Hop" over the servicedespite having 4 wait staff and 10 patrons no one refreshed our drinks and when personnel walked by as I held up my glass it wasas if I was invisible. There wasn't any salt or pepper shakers on any of the tables and believe it or not when I asked for extranapkins I was told that they had ran out!?!? Of napkins at a national chain restaurant!?!????????????????????????????????????!!The ambience was "blah" and the music was a decibel or two too loud, I mean I love country music but this place made feel likedancing!????????????????. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Server brought us our drinks and NEVER came back to take our order. Even... after the hostess asked 3 times if we have been helped. No one showed up to our table to take our order. They were not busyeither. There was another patron who was having issues with his service as well. Lesson learned. Will not go there ever again. 7/14/22: by far the best experience at this location thus far. Our server, Jessica was amazing. The food was speedy and tasted... great. Highly recommended. 5 stars. 4/4/22: we had outstanding service on this day, for the most part. The food was delicious.The value was also great. And the restaurant was clean, even restrooms and parking lot. 4 stars. We always look forward tobreakfast for dinner. LoL. Read more
This place used to be great with decent service. Ever since you fired that lady and her daughter your service has suffered... tremendously. We asked for a table towards the end of the table options. We were sat in the back in a booth. We moved to a tableand then they took forever to take our drinks. Upside, we got our drinks. Downside, they forgot we existed after that. We got upand left because we were hungry and tired of waiting. We called to see if we happened to forget a phone and was placed on holdfor 8 mins with no answer. Luckily we found the phone in the car but 8 mims no one came back to the line. Could have gone toihop and checked ourselves in that time and came back. Went to a restaurant down the road and got our food in the time it tookIHOP to ignore us. Absolute garbage service. You want IHOP and are near Alice? You're better off going to Corpus. Read more
