Customer service needs work, the workers don't communicate that well and are silent for the most part and if they do say... soemthing its bare minimumand super rushed, not a very friendly environment. They also had to make the only 3 cars in line waitin the parking lot for their orders for some reason. Guess 3 orders is too much to handle. Read more

I come to Alice frequently on business. While I generally don't eat meals at mcdonald's, I absolutely love their coffee. In the... past, the coffee has been okay. They either don't have their iced coffee machine working or if I ask for a smoothie, they thinkthat a shake is the same thing. However to their credit, today the coffee and the latte I ordered were spot on. Maybe everythingis okay today. Read more
McDonald's is McDonalds. This one is sufficient. BUT I give it 4 stars instead of just 2 or 3 BECAUSE...drum roll please!...The... cashier at the window added our extra pies we decided on between the speaker and the window without giving us attitude andactually went to make sure they had them made available before taking our money. Was very disappointed ???? with my order. I order a mcdouble without onions and it was old, the bread was falling apart. The... fries ???? was not fresh at all. I order a Coke light ice and I got lots of ice. I told the cashier at the second window and shewas not listening to me so I took everything and drove off. Friendly service. Clean. Restrooms available. Hot food. Great tasting oatmeal with brown sugar, diced green apples and... raisins. Hot coffee, hash browns, cold vanilla coffee. Order was correct. Sat outside in the warm sun even though inside diningavailable. Read more
