Reviews for Panda Express in Alice, TX
I happen to work in Alice now for a month and when I noticed the Panda Express I was excited to see something familiar to back... home Florida. The ordering part was ok. We had issue communicating because of the load train passing by. Once that was over Iwas able to engage a conversation regarding my order. I asked for the big plate which I believe was one entrée and three sides.I had to repeat myself over and over again on what I wanted because she said she couldn?t hear me. Once I got my food it was not what I ordered but I was already frustrated at that point said whatever, i like all the food here, so why not. At thispoint i just wanted to get home. But when I ate the food, it was extremely DRY, it didn?t taste like Panda Express to me, and Idid not get three entrées. I don?t think I?ll come here again. Read more
This fast food restaurant needs to work on getting better staff. I just went and ordered drive thru and the lady that took our... order had so much attitude. She would sigh every-time we said we had another order to add. Not something I want to hear when I?mgetting food I?m paying for. Be better. Read more
It is always good and fresh, but there is always SOMETHING! This store is usually out of what I want an hour before closing.... Three different times, they didn't have in stock essentials like eating utensils or napkins. I'm like REALLY?! But the food isso good, it makes up for it! Most often, so does the service at the drive through window if you can get past the tone of theemployee usually working the headset and taking the orders. Lately, there's been a young, cheerful man there that just makesmy whole day just by the good vibes he exudes. Maybe it's because I always go late and he's about to get off work. Online said they open at 11 I arrived at 10:45 no cars in the parking lot. They start pulling in to work at 11:05. I wait 15... minutes to give them time to prepare I go through the drive thru and they tell me in 30 minutes they will open. If you open at11 you should be at work at 10 to 10:30 to have time to set up. Then after I wait the 30 minutes they dont even have what Iwanted ready I wait another 20 minutes for food smh that's some Awesome service right there. Employees that dont care that'sthe problem. This place is more like a slot machine. You're basically paying to take a gamble to see if you get the jackpot of delicious... food, or a dud where you get food so horrible that it would seem abusive to throw it down a poor unsuspecting trash can. Iusually refuse to review since sometimes it's not the employees fault or it was a bad day, but congratulations on being soconsistently abhorrent with your customer service and food that you somehow get a pathetic nihilistic weeb to judge you.
