Food was good. Service was decent. Staff seemed to be having trouble keeping up with orders and getting them correct. Our order... had a missing item, which we had to bring to the attention of the staff. Restaurant was freezing to the point we had to getsweaters for kids. Read more
I just ordered an online order and it?s like they don?t even read the ticket. I clearly ordered a two piece with two sides white... meat and they gave me three pieces of dark meat and one side. Bro how hard is it to read the ticket? Then to top it off I paidextra for macaroni which they didn?t have and all they offered me was a jalapeño. I don?t even like jalapeños. I asked if Icould have a little container of brown gravy in his place and they wanted to charge me two dollars pretty sad. And the fast foodindustry wants $15 an hour. Hell no time to go back to primary school and learn how to read first. So I had to go back and it?sa 15 minute wait because they screwed up. But the best part is I tried calling the store to tell them this, and they wouldn?t ordidn?t answer the phone. If I could give zero stars I would. 1st that building needs a face-lift. The ceiling inside is leaking onto all benches except... 1. Water all on the floor in lobby no wet signs out. This is absolutely by far the WORST Popeyes we've ever been to. The insideis disgusting, it's as if it's never had a daily or even each shift cleaning. The tables & chairs that could be sat at and onwere All dirty. Popeyes or Franchise this isn't the way, you'd do more buisness with a clean leak free establishment. We orderedour food & waited & waited and waited & waited just to learn they cleared the screen so it didn't time out on their servicetime. And we were the only one's in the establishment. Food was good, but got order wrong. They also claimed to be out of packets of Louisiana hot sauce. They replaced it with Bayou... Buffalo sauce but it was not the same. However, I appreciate the gesture. Read more

When I went for dinner for the family the cashier was more than helpful, courteous and very friendly. Our food was extremely... fresh and delicious. We enjoyed our dinner so much the kids want it again today. My compliments to the staff and look forwardto eating there again. Read more
