Food is always old. Was the second person in line but after 10 minutes of waiting decided to leave.. This Taco Bell has only... been good 1x put of all the times I have eaten here. Staff moved around with no sense of urgency. Took their time making andtaking orders. Staff is rude and unbecoming. Would not recommend this Taco Bell at all. Read more
The cashier is usually the first person you see when you walk in so they should be friendly. The young girl that was up there... that day did not hide her frustration at having customers at the counter and drive thru. I think the other girl went on break. I was sympathetic but I wish one of the 4 cooks could have helped her. The beverage area was messy. The food was good and hot. The dining area was pretty clean. Read more
I shouldn't have to completely disassemble every item I purchased to make sure that I'm not going to bite into a godawful beefy... 5 layer burrito instead of what I ordered. There are labels on the corners of the wrapper for a reason i ended up throwing outthe entire meal because i was so sick from getting the wrong food that i couldn't stomach risking biting into something elsethat would taste like literal vomit. I went with my Dad and told them that I wanted 3 regular crunchy tacos. Dad was very specific when he told the cashier. When I... got the my order, they gave me 3 supreme tacos. Workers are constantly goofing off at night. I waited 7-8min at the window only for my order to be wrong.Sadly this has happened... on more than one occasion specifically in the evening/night. The morning shift for breakfast is actually great. I don?t know whoruns this establishment but I don?t see how you could even possibly find this behavior and control quality to be acceptable.Please try to hire some folks with the same energy as the morning shift or at least workers who will get your order correct.Much Obliged, Read more
