Two times that I get wing flats with all the feathers in there. There has to be some type of prep that ensures this not happen... as much, I understand that it?s hard to over see every piece but two occasions is to much and the waits are horrible, our frieswere soggy and gross and the chicken was like rubber. Spend more time paying attention to the job at hand and less time onpersonal phones and everything would be smoother. Read more

Terrible. I called yesterday afternoon to place an order. The phone line was busy so I tried later at night line busy.. Ok so I... try again today earlier they answer ask me to please hold and never come back on the line.I Try back 30 min later line busy. Idrive there , store seems slow and no one is occupying the phone lol call from the parking lot and lo-&-behold! line is busy???????? very poor management. Needless to say I won't be calling again.. Well tonight 930 pm to get wings and mangers story was that cashier left and they couldn't serve any body that was a lie... cause we went Tuesday and that one girl there was the cashier or that guy cashier couldn't tell but that was wrong lostout about 200 of wings ordering were were 4 and 4 Togo orders. My step mom made an order 1 HOUR prior to us picking up and by the time we came to pick up our order they had ?accidentally ?... gave our order to another person with the same name and was trying to give us a order for 1 instead of making an order that?llfeed 4. Mind u my step mom is pregnant and was gonna throw hands. Now we have to wait an additional 30 min for our food. Noteven a courtesy free mean for there mistakes. Did not like the Hawaiian flavor.... But I do love the Garlic Parm and Lemon Pepper with either Ranch dip or Blue Cheese dip. If... you order online it's obviously alil faster than if you'd order in store. Read more
