Place and people were great. They got everything correct. Not usually an Arby's fan but they did great.
The wait for the food was a bit long, but they did get the order right
There customer service is truly bad. And they ignore you if you have questions. Also they don?t serve actual hot food everything... is cold. When you ask for hot food you?re ignored. And told not to talk to them a certain way after they continue to ignore you.Also they all lie when you ask for a manager. I don?t know what was wrong with them this shift.
