If I could give a 0 stars I would my wife ordered food and the driver dropped the food off at a garage and took a picture. so we... never got the food but they got paid and they hung up on my wife. then the guy who answered the phone told me the driver stillhad the food then told me to come pick it up. Food was alright. Driver would not follow the simple contactless instructions I left for delivery. Called several times... harassing me to come outside and get the pizza even though he found my address just fine. I explained the instructions over thephone 3 times, and said due to Covid and the fact I?m a new mom in the middle of breastfeeding I cannot come outside. I have atable on my patio you can leave it on like it said in my delivery instructions. Read more
1 star! I ordered over 30 dollars of food and did not recieve it for over an hour after the driver left the store. When i called... i was told that my good was 5 minutes away. When asking a general question, like if my food would be warm, i got cut off andhung up on. When my food arrived, it was luke warm. Such a disappointment. Spend your money elsewhere. Read more
Had guests so decided to order ahead for delivery and chose the delivery time. After it was 10 min late the tracker told me the... driver was in the neighborhood and would be another 15 min. It kept getting pushed back until it said my order was complete andhoped I enjoyed my delivery. I called the store and they put me on hold twice. I was angry to to receive my very overpricedpizzas an hour late and COLD! Terrible service. Read more
The Pizza Tracker said that my order had been left at my door and it had not, so I called the store and they said that there ... was a error with the Trackers and that there were new drivers who took longer. She then said that my order was going to takeabout 45 more minutes. It finally arrived and was barely warm at this point. Domino's customer service told me that they reachedout to the store, but since it's an independently owned franchise there's nothing that Domino's corporate could do. The storeclaims that they called me and offered me a free pizza as compensation, but they certainly did not and that is in no way anadequate compensation for the fact that my order was 2 hours late and not hot anymore. There's another location in Moon thatisn't very far from this one. I strongly recommend patronizing the Moon store instead, they're much better. Read more
I ordered a large cheeseburger pizza. The skinny lady who is managing the store is really obedient and she had the food baked to... perfection. It?s the best pizza I?ve had in dominos. The people brought the food super fast to me once it is out of the ovenand i am glad to be taken care of very soon after placing an order. Very good management and the store is maintained very cleantoo with decent dress code for employees and food quality is extremely good. Am so happy that we have the dominos pizza in ourneighborhood within the dollar tree complex. Thankfully we have got the best pizza service available in these unprecedentedtimes. Read more
