So today I saw a letter on the front door asking we be nice to the staff because times are hard and it is hard to get people to... staff the store. I feel a need to express my dissatisfaction at this store tpday I prefer ordering at the counter and seeing myproduct handled. While the lobby was open, the counter was roped off and unavailable to me. Then I decided to go thru the drivethru. First, the crew could mot understand my order thru the speaker then, what felt like a long wait, I got my simple coffeewith cream and muffin. While I was waiting for my simple order, two employees pushed the tip jar closer to my line of sight atthe drive up window. When I got home, instead of a coffee cake muffin, I was given a cinamin roll. I drove 2 miles back to thestore and while I was given a replacement, none of the 4 staff members offered me a polite I am sorry sir. I drove home andpretended to enjoy my cold coffee and stale muffin. While I will probably go get coffee here again, I will leave many a poorreview and hope the owners teach their crew about manners and providing a higher quality FRESH/ HOT product for my $6 purchase. Today. I went inside the restaurant to place order. I was ignored. After few minutes I asked are you taking counter orders. I... was told no. not inside. We are only taking cash in the drive thru and app orders only. Nothing posted about the inconvenience.I left and didn't buy anything. Will not be returning to this location.. Read more
I was just in the Aliquippa store and I just wanted to say that Heather (I think that was her name) did a fantastic job dealing... with a disgruntled customer who was giving her a hard time and throwing a fit like a toddler over something she had no controlof. The coffee and the food are always great at this location and with employees like Heather working there I will continue tocome back. Read more
If you have a problem with this Dunkin then YOU are the problem. I have never seen a harder working staff. I?m big on getting my... coffee quick and correct in the morning and they come through every time. I just had an employee bring me my mobile order outbefore I got to the window so I didn?t have to wait. I can?t give this place enough stars! Read more
This location is by far the best Dunkin' in the area! The staff is so friendly, everything is always on point, and they are... wonderful with giving options for substitutions when they can't fulfill an order made on the app. A great experience every time! Read more

Asked for a cake batter iced late w an extra shot of espresso. Here's my (basically) milk w the espresso on the side smh. I said... I wanted the shot in the drink...she looked at me like I was stupid and had a horrible attitude. Must have been the crazyeyelashes blocking her view of what the cup said. I would like to express my disappointment on this Dunkin Donuts. I never had a problem but tonight was horrible and they weren't... even trying to fix the problem. A simple grilled cheese look like they slapped some avocado on it scraped it off and added thecheese to melt it. Read more
