Never really open anymore. Usually closed. Not sure why, every other fox's is open.
The web site and Facebook page says they open at 10:30. Called from 10:30 to 11:30no answer. I would like to know the real... hours. I order from someone else. Bad business practice if not updating times. Read more
Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and an Italian hoagie from the Hopewell location yesterday and it was awful. Hoagie and pizza... had a strange taste to them. Me and my wife only had a slice of the pizza and a few bites of the hoagie and we are still feelingsick the next day. We will never try this place again. So disappointed Read more
I have one word for you... HORRIBLE. We ordered food last night only to be called back later and asked to pick up our order as... they couldn't locate their delivery person. Fine we go get it. Get our food home to find out that it is under cooked, doughy,and uneatable. They store is closed by this point so my husband calls when he gets home from work the next day to talk to amanager. Again one word for you....UNHELPFUL. The man my husband spoke to informed us that that's just how they make theirstromboli and the 10 min ride caused it to be undercooked and raw. Not only did he refuse a refund he kept insisting that itwas the ride home that caused it to be that way. Mind you we've ordered them previously and never had them that way. Thank you so much for your generosity toward the Hopewell Lil? Lady Vikings Basketball league. Plus every time we we ordered... pizza for our concession stand in advance, it was ready, hot and good. Personally, my family?s never had a bad experience-regular pizza, the meat supreme, and the Italian hoagie all great. Read more
First of two consecutive orders, cheese sticks were raw. Literal raw dough. Second of the two, Big Daddy pizza. Took 45 minutes... from the phone call to get my pizza. Does not seem to have extra cheese that I ordered and paid for (unless the Parmesan is whatthey decided for me). No apologies, nothing. Almost seemed like they forgot about me sitting in their dining room. I'm finishedwith this location. Terrible service. Update: my wife found the center slices were also not completely cooked. Best pizza in the area. They have a good crust and great sauce for those who like their sauce on the sweeter side. And they... aren't stingy with the toppings. Read more
