The service here is very prompt and friendly. I loved being greeted with a smile upon walking in. Everything in their menu... sounded very good. I opted for their seafood kettle with shrimp, scallops and crab. It was cooked to perfection and seasonedvery well. They have a salad bar and while I didn't experience it, it did look good and fresh. They were constantly tending toit, keeping it neat, cleaning up around it and refilling items. The price of the bill was extremely impressive. Two good sizedmeals and strong drinks came to a little over $50. The drinks were WELL POURED I might add. This is definitely a place I'd loveto revisit. ?? Read more
Everything was Great. Had the Steak and Sea....Steak was Super Tender and well seasoned.... lobster, scallops and shrimp melted... in my mouth. DELICIOUS!!!!. Deserts were HUGE and AMAZING. Waitress was UNAPPRECIATIVE of $45 tip on $210 order..... she lookedat her tip on receipt and looked agitated (walked past her on way out and never said Thank You) which led me to my FOUR StarRating.... Everything was fantastic tonight. Salad bar was fresh. I ordered the steak and kettle. Steak was cooked perfectly, lobster was... great, everyone else's food at the table was exceptional. Had one of the best dining experiences ever at J W Halls. We ordered New York Strip grilled perfectly, grilled Salmon cooked to... order, crab cake, fried zucchini, French onion soup, salad bar, carrot cake and cheesecake w/strawberries. Everything was abovewhat we'd expected, and the service was excellent. We will request Marianne as our server for future visits! This place is nowon our list for exceptional dining! We ate there. Burgers were big, juicy, hot and very tasty. Only complaint is that were no choices of vegetables. The only... avail veg was string beans! The fries were outstanding! Ample seating room. They were full and still we had great service. Prices were competitive albeit high like everywhere. Read more
