We order the Shaq-aroni and cinnamon pill Sparta last night. Actually twice this week,lol. Last was though, the pizza was so... fresh and so hot, like it just came out of the oven. The pull aparts were the same!! This has to be the best I?ve ever got froma Papa Johns ever. They quoted 30-45 mins and we had it within 20 mins. I am very pleased with the service and my order. I saidI ordered twice, the first time was my mistake for having the wrong address. But, they still took my order and, and, deliveredmy pizza even though it didn?t get to us until after closing. If you are hungry, go someplace else. Really bad delivery. I am here after being told 66 to 74 minutes and I just eclipsed 100... minutes. Still no pizza. I will bet it will be cold. Do not know if I will order again. Too bad, I like the pizza. Ended upcancelling the order. People on phone were rude and blamed everything for the bad service including the pandemic, corporate,the delivery drivers and on and on. They never took responsibility. That is all it would have taken for me to say, ok, Iwould appreciate anything you can do. Love the getting hung up on part too. Read more
Having previously worked at a pizza shop for a few years, I typically don't complain. However, this is one of my family's... favorite pizza shops in town. Whenever I speak directly with the store, Its always a pleasant experience. That dang call centerthey are using is horrible though. Unless I pay with cash I can't order. They always tell me my cards are declined. Read more
I was very disappointed in the large pizza I had delivered. I simply asked for pepperoni and double extra ground beef. There was... almost no topping on the pizza. To be clear, there was perhaps one slice of pepperoni per slice of pizza and almost no groundbeef on the slice at all. On top of that it was dry, I?m not sure there was even any sauce on the pizza. Really slow service. The email they send out after you order online gives a range of when you should expect your pizza to be... complete but in my experience with this location they never deliver or have carry out ready when they say they should. Forexample, a large cheese pizza is projected to take 15-25 minutes when you pick it up but actually took 40 minutes for this shopto finish. I really was not happy with this unexpected wait or being ignored by the staff. To me this is the simplest order youcan make and for them to take an extra 15 minutes to make it, when I expected to walk in and out with the pizza is inexcusable.Especially because they didn't tell me my order wasn't ready after I identified myself to the cashier, the cashier justdisappeared behind the back without a word. The only other employee just discussed orders with the cashier in the back. Anexample for the delivery of a pizza, projected as taking between 30-40 minutes didn't arrive until 50 minutes from when theorder was placed. It might sound silly but I live less than 5 minutes from the location so if anything I would have expected theorder to take less than the projected time not more. I've ordered a few times from this location and the customer service seemsto be extremely hit or miss. If you're hungry I would look elsewhere. Read more
